Course Registration and Enrollment Notice
Congratulations!
After review, you have been admitted to this credit program (enrollment as a visiting student in regular courses for Semester 114-2). Please be sure to read carefully the attached Course Registration and Enrollment Notice included in this email.
I. Contents of the Email Attachment
The attachment includes the following:

- List of offered courses
(In accordance with Ministry of Education regulations, enrollment in each course is limited to 5 students.) - Course selection and payment schedule

II. Important Notes
(1) Registration and Course Selection
- Course Registration and Enrollment Notice: Please open the registration and course selection notice page.
- Course Selection Period: January 29 to February 3
- ATM Payment Period: January 29 to February 3
(2) Class Schedule and Venue
- For the class weeks and locations of the courses offered this time, please open the relevant page to check the information.
- The class schedule for this credit program shall follow the dates arranged by the Institute.
- If there is a note in blue text in the course remarks column, it indicates that any adjustment to the class dates will be determined separately by the course instructor.
- All courses in this credit program are scheduled on an alternating single-week / double-week basis.
III. Instructions for Receipt Issuance
Receipts will be issued based on the information provided by each participant. Please complete the Receipt Title Information Form within the designated period.
Important Notes:
- If the form is not completed, the receipt will be issued in the participant’s own name.
- Once a receipt has been issued, changes to the receipt title or reissuance will not be accepted. Please make sure that the information provided is correct.
- Participants are responsible for keeping their receipts properly. Lost receipts will not be reissued.
IV. Other Important Matters
(1) Application for Vehicle Entry Permit (If Needed)
- Application period: From now until February 11
- Fee: NT$50 per permit, with advance registration and remittance required

(2) Moodle Learning System
- After course selection is completed, the Institute will assist in activating access to the Moodle learning system.
- The system authentication email will be sent by the Computer and Network Center of the University to the participant’s email address.

(3) Temporary Access Card Application
(Applicable to weekend classes held in the College of Management)
- A deposit of NT$500 is required.
- The deposit will be refunded upon return of the access card at the end of the program.
