Application Procedure

Academic Year 2025 Credit Program in Sport, Health and Leisure Management (19th Session)

Application Information

(Applicants from non-related academic backgrounds are welcome.)

Applicants who meet any one of the following qualifications may apply. There is no restriction on academic major:

  1. Graduates of domestic or overseas universities recognized by the Ministry of Education.
  2. Graduates of a two-year junior college or five-year junior college with at least three years of post-graduation experience, or graduates of a three-year junior college with at least two years of post-graduation experience.
  3. Individuals who meet the qualifications for applying to graduate school.

Enrollment Quota

A maximum of 5 auditing students per course.

Admission Criteria

Admission is based on document review only, and applicants will be selected on a competitive basis. Review materials include the application review form and supporting documents such as academic background, work experience, special professional achievements, autobiography, and related materials.

  1. Personal Information:
    Curriculum vitae, autobiography, and outstanding personal achievements, such as honors received, professional certificates, examination qualifications, important work experience, or proof of in-service training.
  2. Proof of Employment:
    Personnel appointment letter or other documents sufficient to verify current employment.
  3. Application Review Form:
    Please type, in no more than 500 words, a statement describing your motivation for applying, purpose of enrollment, and future study plan for this program.
  4. Applications with incomplete forms or missing supporting documents will not be accepted.

Note: The review committee shall be composed of faculty members of the Institute.

Tuition and Fees

  1. Credit Fee: NT$4,500 per credit
  2. Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees: NT$2,000 per semester
  3. Refund Policy: Refunds shall be processed in accordance with the Ministry of Education’s Regulations Governing Continuing Education at Junior Colleges and Above.
    • Applicants who apply for a refund after payment but before classes begin shall receive 90% of the paid credit fees, tuition, and miscellaneous fees.
    • Applicants who apply for a refund before one-third of the total class period has elapsed shall receive 50% of the paid credit fees, tuition, and miscellaneous fees.
    • Applicants who apply for a refund after more than one-third of the total class period has elapsed shall not receive any refund.

Registration Procedure

1. Register as a Member
When entering the Online Registration for Continuing Education Programs webpage for the first time, please register as a member and complete your basic membership information.

2. Log in to the System
After membership registration, return to the homepage of the Online Registration for Continuing Education Programs and log in using your account and password.
If this is your first time logging in, please first go to Basic Information Maintenance to complete your contact information and academic/work background.

3. Search for the Program and Apply
Click Program Search to begin the application process (or enter search criteria to obtain search results).
Then click Apply to view the course information (please read the course information carefully), confirm your application, and click Apply again.
After verifying that your personal information is correct, click Confirm Application, and then click Generate Payment Number to obtain the tuition amount and payment account number.

Payment Procedure

  1. After course selection is completed and confirmed, generate a payment number and pay the tuition, miscellaneous fees, and credit fees.
  2. After obtaining the payment account number, you may make payment through any ATM transfer or bank counter remittance.

Payment Notes

  • Each payment code is a personalized payment code assigned exclusively to the applicant. The payment code consists of 14 digits.
  • Please do not use another person’s payment account number. (The holder of the ATM card used for payment must have the same name as the applicant shown on the application form.)
  • Please keep the payment receipt for your own record after payment.

Payment Methods

(1) ATM Transfer
Payments are collected through E.SUN Bank. The procedure is as follows:

  • Enter 808 (E.SUN Bank code)
  • Select Transfer
    (Please make sure your ATM card has transfer functionality. For interbank transfers, service charges are to be borne by the applicant.)
  • Enter the payment amount
    (If the transfer amount is entered incorrectly, an error message such as “Account Number Does Not Match” or “Incorrect Payment Account Number” will appear.)

(2) Interbank Remittance
Please visit a financial institution, complete a remittance application form, and pay the fee at the counter.
(Service charges are to be borne by the applicant.)

Required Documents

Please submit the following documents:

  1. Application Form: Institute Application Review Form
  2. Two-inch photo (please upload it to the Institute Application Review Form)
  3. Copy of diploma
  4. Proof of employment

Submission Method:
Please complete the application in the registration system and submit it online.

Course Selection

After logging in to the registration system, click Application Record Inquiry, then click Course Selection.

  • This program requires eligibility review. Applicants will be notified of the review result by email. Only those who pass the eligibility review may proceed with course selection.
  • Generating a payment number constitutes completion of course selection. Please make sure to confirm your course selection results before generating the payment number. Once the payment number has been generated, course selection data may not be changed.
