Students in their third year or above (including those in the In-Service Master’s Program), please note: if you have already fulfilled the total graduation credit requirement and do not plan to take any courses this semester (including courses from other departments/institutes or inter-university courses), please respond via the following link by February 13: Link

The Institute Office will submit a consolidated application to the University on the grounds of thesis writing for students who will not be taking courses.
Note: Once the application is submitted, no further course enrollment will be allowed.

Notes

  1. Minimum enrollment for course offering:
    • Master’s Program: 3 students
    • In-Service Master’s Program: 12 students
The Institute reserves the right to decide whether a course will be offered if the minimum enrollment is not met.
  2. First day of classes:
    Monday, February 23, 2026
  3. Class schedule:
    • Master’s Program courses are primarily scheduled on weekdays.
    • In-Service Master’s Program courses are generally scheduled in the evenings and on weekends.
    • The arrangement of alternating-week and biweekly classes shall follow the University calendar.
  4. Classroom arrangements:
Class locations may be adjusted depending on enrollment numbers. If there are any changes to the course arrangements, the teaching assistant will provide further notice.
  5. Class locations:
College of Management B1 classrooms 62X17 and 62X01, the Audiovisual Classroom or Conference Room on the 3rd floor of the New Gymnasium at Shengli Campus.
If classroom changes occur during the semester, please follow the location arranged by the course instructor.
  6. According to Article 4 of the University’s Course Registration Regulations, students may not re-enroll in a course that has already been passed or officially approved for credit transfer. Repeated credits will not be counted toward the minimum graduation credit requirement. Students may also not enroll in courses with schedule conflicts; violations will result in a score of zero for all conflicting courses.
Example: If a student has already taken or transferred credit for a course such as Introduction to Leisure and Recreation Management, the course may not be taken again. For courses with the same course title, the University will recognize only one of them. If a student takes two identical courses and subsequently lacks sufficient credits for graduation, the student must make up the required credits independently.
