Guidelines for Applying for the Master’s Thesis Proposal Review (Semester 115-1)

Important Reminder

According to the Institute’s regulations, the Master’s thesis proposal review must be completed and passed by January 31, 2027. Students must carefully plan their application and review schedules and ensure that all procedures comply with the relevant requirements.

I. Eligible Applicants

Graduate students who intend to apply for the Master’s Thesis Proposal Review and Oral Examination in Semester 115-1 must carefully read and follow the instructions below.

II. Application Timeline and Important Notes

1. Application Submission Deadline
   The application form for the thesis proposal review must be submitted to the Institute Office at least three weeks before the oral examination date.
   Example: If the oral examination is scheduled for December 30, all required documents must be submitted no later than December 9.

   To allow sufficient time for administrative processing, applications that are not completed at least three weeks before the scheduled oral examination cannot be arranged as planned and must be postponed. Please take particular note of this requirement.

2. Prior Confirmation
   Before submitting the application, students must confirm the following matters with their academic advisor:
   ▶Whether the advisor approves proceeding with the thesis originality check.
   ▶Whether the advisor approves submitting the application for the thesis proposal review and oral examination.
   Applications submitted without prior confirmation from the academic advisor will not be accepted by the Institute Office.
3. Application Procedure
   Please complete the application process in the following order:
   Thesis originality check → Preparation of required documents → Submission of the thesis proposal review/oral examination application
