Master’s Program

(Second-Stage Enrollment Section for Recommendation and Screening Applicants and Regular Admission Applicants)

▶ Declaration of Enrollment Intention

Both admitted applicants and waitlisted applicants are required to complete the online registration.

Both admitted and waitlisted applicants must complete the enrollment intention registration online within the designated period, from 9:00 AM on April 1, 2026, to 11:59 PM on April 13, 2026. Applicants are required to declare their enrollment intention, upload their academic certificate or a deferred submission declaration, and complete both the basic student information form and the student profile form.

Once the enrollment intention option has been confirmed and submitted, it cannot be changed or restored. Applicants who fail to complete the enrollment intention registration by the deadline, or who indicate no intention to enroll, will be deemed to have voluntarily forfeited their admission or waitlist eligibility. No late registration, modification, or objection on the grounds of not having received notification will be accepted.

  • Enrollment Intention Registration (Application Website) – for students admitted through the second-stage enrollment of recommendation and screening admissions (expected to open on April 1)
  • Enrollment Intention Registration (Application Website) – for admitted and waitlisted applicants in the Master’s entrance examination who have indicated their intention to enroll (expected to open on April 1)

Enrollment Procedures and Important Notes

  • Completion of basic student information (including student ID inquiry)
  • Current graduating students must upload a Deferred Submission Declaration (deferment valid until the in-person document verification period in July 2026)
    After obtaining the diploma, please upload it as soon as possible for University recordkeeping.

Note: According to the admission brochure, applicants who fail to complete enrollment by the deadline will be regarded as having forfeited their admission eligibility, and the vacancy will be filled by waitlisted applicants in order. Applicants may not request remedial measures on the grounds of not having received the notification letter.

If you do not receive the admission notice before the enrollment deadline, please contact the office at the telephone number listed in Item 7 as soon as possible and complete the online enrollment first. Applicants who fail to complete the online enrollment by the deadline will be regarded as having forfeited their admission eligibility, and the vacancy will be filled by waitlisted applicants in order. No remedial request will be accepted on the grounds of not having received the notification letter.

The admission notice will be mailed by the Division of Admissions, please refer to the registered mail list for the second-stage enrollment of Master’s program recommendation and screening admissions.

All admitted students are required to complete in-person enrollment at the Institute Office from July 22 to July 29, 2026 (excluding weekends). A separate notice will be issued by the Institute Office in due course. Please pay close attention to subsequent announcements.

Documents Required for In-Person Enrollment

Please bring the following documents:

  1. Original diploma
  2. Basic information form (with photocopies of both sides of the ID card attached, and photo uploaded)
  3. Student profile form
  4. Military service status form (for male students; with photocopies of both sides of the ID card attached)
  5. Letter of authorization for proxy enrollment

Additional Notes

  1. Applicants who are unable to obtain their diploma before enrollment due to special circumstances must revise the date on the Deferred Submission Declaration and resubmit it.
  2. Applicants who have completed military service must attach a copy of their discharge order, training completion order, or equivalent document showing branch of service and rank to the back of the Military Service Status Form.
  3. Students who have completed enrollment but later wish to forfeit their admission must submit the Statement of Admission Withdrawal by August 7, 2026 (Friday), either by registered mail to the following address (postmark date will serve as proof):

Waitlisted Applicants Section

Enrollment period for waitlisted applicants:
Enrollment will be conducted on an irregular basis, and vacancies will be filled whenever available. Notification will be sent by email to the email address provided by the applicant at the time of application.

Please be sure to pay close attention to the New Student Enrollment Status Inquiry System for waitlist updates and email notifications. Applicants may not request remedial measures on the grounds of not having received notification. Waitlisted applicants who are offered admission must complete enrollment verification within the designated time; those who fail to do so by the deadline will be regarded as having forfeited their admission eligibility.

Note:
Please enter a mailing address that can be reached in July 2026 in the basic student information system to ensure successful delivery of notifications.
