On Thursday, January 12, 2023, members of Waseda University’s Faculty of Sport Sciences visited our department, Institute of Physical Education, Health and Leisure Research at National Cheng Kung University (Taiwan) to sign a new agreement.

2023.1.12 日本早稻田大學運動科學院蒞臨本所，國立成功大學體育健康與休閒研究所，簽署新的合作計畫案。

At the signing ceremony, Professor Hirotaka Matsuoka, Senior Dean of the Faculty of Sport Sciences, Waseda University and Professor Tsang-Hai Huang, Director of the Institute of Physical Education, Health and Leisure, National Cheng Kung University, signed the agreement respectively.

在簽署儀式中，由松崗宏高(早稻田運動科學院 院長)及黃滄海(國立成功大學體育健康與休閒研究所所長)簽署合作計畫書。

Waseda University ranked 1st for sports-related programs in Japan and within the top 50 globally. The Faculty of Sport Sciences at Waseda University launched the “Waseda Goes Global” Plan, which aims to produce 100,000 global leaders and rank among the world’s top 100 universities in 18 research areas. 

Waseda University and National Cheng Kung University had originally reached  an agreement in the past, and have had successful academic exchange between the two universities. This time, the two signed a departmental agreement to strengthen education and research collaborations in the fields of sport sciences, especially in disseminating the results of such activities to the international community.

早稻田大學在體育相關課程在日本排名第一，在全球排名前 50。早稻田大學運動科學學院啟動“早稻田走向世界”計劃，旨在培養10萬名全球領導者，並在18個研究領域躋身世界大學前100名。

早稻田大學與國立成功大學原本在過去達成協議，兩校之間的學術交流也很成功。此次，兩校簽署部門協議，加強運動科學領域的教育和研究合作，特別是向國際社會傳播此類活動的成果。

Prof. Chia Liang Tsai and his student demonstrated the experimental tool of their laboratory. Prof. Hirotaka Matsuoka experienced it by himself. Hirotaka Matsuoka is a professor of sport marketing in the Faculty of Sport Sciences at Waseda University in Japan. His teaching and research specialization is sport marketing.

本所蔡佳良教授與其學生展示實驗儀器，並且松岡宏高教授親自體驗。松崗宏高教授的研究領域專精於運動相關經銷與市場規劃。

Waseda University’s Faculty of Sport Sciences also visited Prof. Wei Ta Chu and Prof. Jenn Jier Lien, the members of NCKU intelligence sport technology team, at the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering, they introduced their performance on sport technology. 

早稻田運動科學院也到訪國立成功大學智慧運動科技團隊成員，資訊工程學系朱威達教授與連震杰教授之研究室，分別交流在運動科技的研究成果。
