Thesis Completion Verification Statement and Originality Report Upload System

流程：請先下載比對聲明書OTD或PDF檔案填妥並交付指導教授簽名後，再一併將簽署完成的比對聲明書及原創性比對報告一併上傳即可。

Procedure: Please download the Plagiarism Declaration Form in OTD or PDF format, complete it, and submit it to your advisor for signature. Afterward, upload the signed Plagiarism Declaration Form along with the originality comparison report.

Please fill in the "%" value in the fields of the "Plagiarism Declaration Form" according to the originality report in the hard copy.

請上傳PDF檔，檔名用「聲明書-學號姓名」

  • 請上傳原創性比對報告「第一頁總表」與「最後一頁排除資訊」PDF檔。
    檔名請用「比對報告-學號姓名」。
  • 所有研究生需完成論文原創性比對25%以下（不包含參考文獻），惟指導教授另有更嚴格之規定者，從其規定。
  • 研究生申請「論文計畫審查考試」及「學位考試」時，須繳交符合本所規定之「原創性比對報告第一頁總表與最後一頁排除資訊」與經研究生及指導教授簽章確認之「研究生學位論文完成比對聲明書」，請先上傳至本所網頁後，方可提出學位考試申請。
  • 研究生辦理辦理畢業離校，需以論文定稿本完成第3次論文比對，將比對結果繳交給指導教授簽名(擇一:線上電子簽或親簽)「原創性比對報告第一頁總表與最後一頁排除資訊」後，再連同碩論一併上傳至圖書館論文上傳系統。

  • Please upload the originality comparison report's "First Page Summary" and "Last Page Exclusion Information" in PDF format.
    Use the filename "Comparison Report-Student ID Name."

  • All graduate students must ensure that the originality comparison is below 25% (excluding references). However, if the advisor has stricter requirements, students must adhere to those.

  • Graduate students applying for the "Thesis Proposal Review Examination" and "Final Examination" must submit the "First Page Summary and Last Page Exclusion Information" in accordance with the department's regulations, along with the "Graduate Student Thesis Completion Plagiarism Declaration Form," which should be uploaded to the department's website before applying for the Final degree examination.

  • To complete the graduation process, graduate students must conduct a third plagiarism check on the finalized version of their thesis. The results of this check should be submitted to the advisor for signature (choose one: electronic or physical signature) on the  "First Page Summary and Last Page Exclusion Information" Afterwards, upload the thesis along with the signed report to the library's thesis submission system.
