The university will conduct a full-day power outage for inspection and maintenance of high-voltage electrical equipment on Sunday, July 6.
本校將於 7 月 6 日（星期日）進行全日停電，以檢修高壓電力設備。

Please take note of the following important reminders regarding the campus-wide power outage:
請留意以下有關全校停電的重要提醒事項：

• All laboratories (including research rooms) must ensure that all equipment is properly shut down in accordance with standard procedures before and after the outage to prevent malfunctions when power is restored.
  所有實驗室（含研究室）請依標準操作流程，於停電前後正確關閉所有設備，以避免復電時設備故障。

• The access control system will be non-functional during the outage. For safety reasons, each lab should designate a representative to borrow the laboratory key from the administrative office by 4:00 PM on Thursday, July 3.
  停電期間門禁系統將無法使用。為安全起見，各實驗室請指派人員於 7 月 3 日（星期四）下午 4 點前，至辦公室領取實驗室鑰匙。

  If no key is borrowed in advance, all rooms will be locked at 4:30 PM on Friday, July 4, and will not be accessible until 8:00 AM on Monday, July 7. Please do not enter the premises during this period.
  若未事先借鑰匙，所有實驗室將於 7 月 4 日（星期五）下午 4 點 30 分上鎖，並於 7 月 7 日（星期一）上午 8 點開鎖，期間請勿進入實驗室。

• If your lab stores specimens that require refrigeration, please purchase dry ice in advance.
  如實驗室有需冷藏之樣本，請預先購買乾冰備用。

  For reimbursement, please submit the purchase invoice or receipt to the institute office.
  申請報帳請將購買發票或收據交至所辦公室。
