*研究生申請「論文計畫審查考試」及「學位考試」時，須繳交符合本所規定之「原創性比對報告第一頁總表與最後一頁排除資訊」與經研究生及指導教授簽章確認之「研究生學位論文完成比對聲明書」，請先上傳至本所網頁後，方可提出學位考試申請。
*Graduate students applying for the "Thesis Proposal Review Examination" and "Final Examination" must submit the "First Page Summary and Last Page Exclusion Information" in accordance with the department's regulations, along with the "Graduate Student Thesis Completion Plagiarism Declaration Form," which should be uploaded to the department's website before applying for the Final degree examination.
*研究生辦理辦理畢業離校，需以論文定稿本完成第3次論文比對，須繳交符合本所規定之「原創性比對報告第一頁總表與最後一頁排除資訊」與經研究生及指導教授簽章確認之「研究生學位論文完成比對聲明書」，請先上傳至本所網頁後，方可提出學位考試申請。
*For graduate students completing graduation and leaving the school, the third thesis comparison must be conducted.
